Citrus Glazed Turnips

Ingredients
1 bunch Small or baby turnips (cut into bite sized pieces)
1 1/2 tablespoons Avocado oil
2 tablespoons Ghee
1/3 cup Orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
Salt to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400. Toss the turnip pieces in the avocado oil until coated.
  2. Spread the pieces out in a single even layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. While the turnips cook, prepare the glaze:
  4. Combine the ghee, orange juice, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture has reduced by half. Stir in the red pepper flakes and salt to taste.
  5. Toss the roasted turnip pieces with the glaze, then serve.
